[pct-l] Admin Note: please don't "reply to all"

When you add a bunch of CC's or "reply to all" for a post, the List
Software will flag the post as potential spam, then it will get
delayed, and I will have to waste time and approve it.

All the CC's do is make sure that the list member that you are CCing
gets two copies of the same post. One from the list, and one directly
from you. Nothing is added but a certain annoyance.
