Alan,

I updated the list of PCT fuel locations.  I did get some information from PCT class of 2013 and from this site. There are a couple of additional locations between Tahoe and Ashland for gas canisters that might be new to you.

Here is the updated list based on Paul Bodnars post on April 29/2013 for his 2012 thruhike and updated by me.

box they have located here.  Please don't count on the hiker box for your resupply.  The Muir Ranch has also sold a limited amount of hiking type supplies including canister fuel to hikers in the past. Remember supplies here are
limited and vary from day due to day the infrequent stocking of supplies and isolated location.
