[pct-l] Possible PCT Mountain Fire Bypass for 204

I've sketched out a couple of possible PCT bypass
routes<http://caltopo.com/map?id=7S5F> for
the Mountain Fire closure.   At least one part goes through a closed area,
but the FS might be able to re-open that in time for the 2014 season.  It
needs some scouting to see if all of this "goes".  Some of the routes
follow "cow tracks" for short stretches.
