I, too carry the Victorinox Classic. it does everything except spread peanut butter. For that I carry a sturday plastic knife.

For the past 15 + years I have only carried the little Victorinox Classic. weighs less than an ounce (21g) has short blade adequet for slicing cheese, salami, etc, and nice scissors that trim toe and finger nais very nicely.
