Prapanna--I do the same with my Mountain Hardware Phantom 15 bag (I'm a cold sleeper)--I treat it like a quilt --I just spread it out on top of my pad and put my feet in the bottom--that way I can curl up more comfortably. But when the temps drop, I can zip it up. This eliminates having to buy a separate sleeping system for winter and summer --Fireweed
