[pct-l] 2012 thru-hike completion percentages

I have yet to complete the PCT myself, as I am slowly hiking north a 
little each year, but it occurs to me that there should be a trail 
register at the north terminus as there is at the south.  I would 
further think that anyone completing the PCT would be eager to sign it. 
Am I wrong, or would this not provide an accurate count of completing 
thru's?
