[pct-l] Thru-Hiking Permit

If going less than 500 miles you are required to obtain a wilderness permit
from the first wilderness area you enter.  Starting at Campo, the first
wilderness you will enter is the Cleveland National Forest, so you should
contact the Descano Ranger District, 3348 Alpine Blvd., Alpine, CA 91901,
619-445-6235 (M-F, 8:00 4:30).
