[pct-l] Fw: A more user-friendly PCT-L?

I also agree with Hemet Hiker.  This list needs to stay as is in it current
format.  It really is just a place to garner information from those more
experienced than others.  It is nice to pick someones brain without having
to worry about information sold off, or iven away to the govt..
