[pct-l] Is a water cache north of Crater Lake a serendipitous thing?

Mary, I hiked through Crater Lake early August last year and had cached my own water.  I saw none there for hikers except what I stashed & it's a long way to Theilson Creek.  I suggest you cache your own.
