[pct-l] Monkey Butt, Any treatment Ideas ????

Could never get used to commando due to massive chafage in areas that had been used to comfortable cloth next to skin. I'm sure I could have hardened up given time, but I wasn't willing to put up with a week or so of pain in the meantime. So, I wear lined running shorts, they tend to dry quickly, especially with copious "picking" to actively ventilate things. Medicated baby wipes are good for treating rashes after the fact. And either get a backpack with a trampoline style back to help prevent sweat build-up, or otherwise actively ventilate your back somehow along the way.

I second going without underwear/briefs. Lots of ventilation to keep the area dry.

I have psoriasis there and keeping my crotch dry and well ventilated minimizes the rash.
