Halfmile's PCT maps updated for 2013 are available as 'unzipped' PDF files at
<http://www.pctmap.net/iphone/iphone/iphone_pdf.html>...  
Yes, they are found on one of his "iPhone" pages, but the maps can used on any 
smartphone or tablet with "your favorite PDF reader app"...  Be forewarned that they 
are very large files!
