Good morning, Patrick,

Here’s a site that talks about alcohol fuels:

After a quick reading it seems OK.  I don’t know this character, but 1)
he/she’s a mountain biker, and 2) it’s a nondescript site on the internet
so take that for whatever it’s worth.

Hardware store alcohol solvent is the most economical, while yellow HEET is
the most convenient and available.
