if you are not in a hurry when you get to San Diego, and you have your
passport, you can take the light rail from downtown to the border, and
walk across and hang out in Tijuana for the day, and buy your
Tinidazole there. Cheap, easy and fun, and yes it is legal to bring it
back across the border.

AND you want Tinidazole, not Metronidazole (Flagyl)
