[pct-l] Bikes on the PCT

Considering this subject has 'popped' up again, here are a couple of thoughts: 

1.  In respect to the pct-l, Zorglub is a "troll"...  Try your best to not respond whatsoever...
IMO he is just 'fishing' for any and all 'negative comments', which can then be edited so as to be taken 
out of context from a 'full' posting - very similar to political 'soundbites' & mud-slinging so common now...

2.  There are already some portions of the PCT where bicycles are allowed - just not portions that Zorglub
and his MTB compadres 'want' to ride on...  Zorglub is 'welcome' to ride on the PCT between mile 1655.6
and 1662.8 (mileages from Halfmile's maps) in far NorCal near where I grew up (that's 7.2 miles)...  There
are many other stretches of the designated PCT where bikes are 'legal', too - one just has to search them 
out - but, again, Zorglub and his buds probably are not 'interested' at all in 'sharing' those parts of the PCT...
