Thanks for the plug, PITA. :)

The best possible Bigfoot-related story I ever heard associated with the
PCT is Monte Dodge's from '77.
The print he found in a remote part of Nor. Cal, if hoaxed, is curious
since the odds of anyone finding
it where he found it are also remote. The photo of the imprint is one of
the impressive (as someone who's been into the phenomenon for many years)
that I've ever seen.
He tells the majority of the story in my first PCT film, "Walk".
