[pct-l] Mountain house repackaging

I don't know anything about Mountain House, but a lot of packaged  
things are puffed up with air. Often just a little pin-prick will  
deflate the package enough to make a big difference. So maybe not for  
Mountain Houses, but for other things you might keep this in mind.
