[pct-l] Canadian Permit

Dear Tracy,

I got mine two (or at most three?) weeks after I sent in the application.
Before I sent it I had called and was connected directly to the Border
Services agent who's designated to handle PCT entry requests because I had
a couple of questions. I don't recall his name, but he was very helpful and
friendly. If you're concerned, you might want to call the number on the
application and ask for a status update. My guess is that they're swamped
this year and that everything's just taking a little longer than usual.
