[pct-l] Trail angels in Bakersfield, Lake Isabella or Onyx?

Hello PCT community

Thank you to members of this list for helping me prepare for my first section hike (campo to Highway 10 in March-April 2013). I didn't know if I could do it and it is a thrill -- as a 65 yr old woman and complete newcomer to backpacking and distance hiking--to get to live this dream. 

For my next section, I hope to start at Walker Pass Highway 178 --after flying into Bakersfield on May 29 (my hope is to reach Tuolomne meadows july 1 but since i averaged only about 11 miles a day in Sections A and B it is yet to be seen what i can actually do at high altitudes!)

I have great info on public transit and can get myself to Onyx. I would LOVE trail angel help with transport -- whether from Bakersfield or Lake Isabella or Onyx -- and of course would gratefully pay for gas etc.

Does anyone know of a potential trail angel in these areas I might contact?
