[pct-l] Quake

Hi Gourmet, yes the quake was a doozy.  Biggest I've felt since my kids
were young and I lived in Santa Barbara.  We were on the second floor so we
thrashed around quite a bit, but other than some pieces of furniture - and
the heavy woodstove - moving a few inches, and things falling, the worst
damage was to our nerves.  Hard to sleep when there are aftershocks all
night, the biggest being a 4.9.  We even saved all the beer that threatened
to fall out of the downstairs frig.

5.7 quake on shore of Lake Almanor.  Pipers mom? Felt it here in Sacramento.
