[pct-l] Cannister stove for thru-hike

Thanks for the tip on simmering with an alcohol stove, Linsey. I plan to use a Caldera Cone, so that will really come in handy!
 BTW, my grandfather was a Texas cattleman, and he are cornmeal mush for lunch every day, He loved the stuff.
