The posted rule follows, and has not been changed:

"3 - No "the PCT should be opened to bikes" posts. The PCT is a hiking
and equestrian trail, and should stay that way."

That being said, I would prefer to keep the bicycling posts to a
minimum as that horse has been beaten to death.
