[pct-l] water on Hat Creek Rim

You're welcome Pam!  Actually the one part of logging out the Hat Creek District this early that I don't like is not being able to "meet and greet" all the distance hikers.  
 
If you haven't section hiked the Rim yet, I'd highly recommend April and May.  It's still cool and the flowers are out.  We've seen lots of varieties of plants and even animal sign.  But it  can be brutal on a hot summer day.
 
In the 2 years we've been logging out the 55 miles from Lassen Park to Burney Falls we've only seen one hiker.  And a crew from Cal Fire doing a conditioning run up to the top of the rim.
