[pct-l] transportation from Echo Lake

I rented a car one-way from Bishop to Santa Barbara. Cost me $400  
plus it was a gas hog. If I could rent a car from Bishop I think you  
could easily do it from a large place like SLT. But a bus or train  
might be cheaper.
