[pct-l] National Parks are open again........thanks to Google

Speaking on behalf of our local SAR groups in the Tahoe area, if we knew 
someone was in trouble in the backcountry, even if the Department said that 
we couldn't access our gear and vehicles, we would mobilize on our own, with 
out own, and for our own!
