[pct-l] Paying for SAR

Sorry Reinold,  I hit the "send" button before I was finished with my comments in my last post.

What I also wanted to say is, I agree with you, to a point. Yes, medical insurance covers the cost of evacs for EMS for those who have it but, as much as many of us would like to not pay for the uninsured and/or the idiots who get themselves into trouble, there is no way to not pay these cost, one way or the other.
