[pct-l] Charges possible for Boy Scouts leaders who toppled Utah rock formation

Is it a disappointment that BSA hasn't immediately kicked these guys out? 
Or are we waiting for "due process".  I'm still livid.

Leave No Trace has been part of the BSA training since the 70's. Old school 
stuff like pioneering (chopping trees up to build towers and bridges) went 
away and Leave No Trace came in. LNT is built into the Advancement program 
so all Scouts learn. Â Backpacking trips into wilderness areas include full 
adoption of LNT, and are generally only for older and experienced Scouts. Â 
Many LNT instructors are Scouters. So, yep Scouting teaches LNT.

Obviously this guy is a bozo. Any group of people seems to have at least 
one, and so does Scouting.
