[pct-l] Bikes on the PCT

If that quote of JoAnn's is accurate (and it appears to be), it's
disgusting. THAT is the kind of person I don't want to share the PCT with.
I certainly hope that doesn't reflect the mentality within the PCTA then,
now or anytime in the future.
