Two hikers were cited at Saddle Junction by Rangers for hiking the burn area.  $2,500/violation.No water from Fuller Ridge TH to Snow Creek.  Mission Creek: some water, none before last rain.One hiker dug a hole in Mission Creek stream bed to obtain water.  Fill up when ever the chance appears. 40-50 blow-downs from "The House" to Big Bear.  29 hikers so far.  Love to all from Ziggyand The Bear.
