There is a parking lot with shade at Scissors Crossing, and "under the
bridge" is a cool place for people to drive to for a party. And this
is the season for it.

While it may be easy for thru-hike focused people like trail angels to
blame things like this on the "bad apple" thru hikers, I seriously
doubt that there are enough thrus, even if they were 100% bad, to
deposit 6 bags of trash.

It is much more reasonable to assume that the majority of this trash
was left by kids partying.

In any event, it is sad to see the loss of an important water cache
like this one.
