[pct-l] Water Cache at Scissors Xing

I think the larger issue is: should there ever be an unattended cache?
There was an excellent thread on the Facebook page on this topic. Lots of
pros and cons, I am not smart enough to figure it out. But eventually, it
is a question that needs to be addressed.
