[pct-l] Belden/chester trail conditions?

Hi everybody,

I missed the section between belden - chester when i through hiked in 2012
due to the chips fire.

I have some time off next week and was thinking about going up there to to
hike it.  or snowshoe if necessary.

Can anybody provide me with information on the conditions?  Also any
information on permits would be useful as well.
