[pct-l] Feet

I have been reading this entire thread titled "Feet" and the one item that no one has shared to the list is, to always have good quality socks and change them out as soon as they start showing some wear. 
Yes, you can hike in cheap polyester dress socks but, you will probably be posting on this list in the near future,  about your foot problems too.
