[pct-l] Umbrella or not?

Ha ha so true. The only place I was dry was about a half-dollar sized  
spot on the top of my head under my umbrella. I swear rain come from  
the ground up except for that which slaps you in the face by wet leaves.

I attached mine with cord locks and shock cord.
