Wanted to post this for those that may have purchased these recently for
their resupply boxes, as it's a somewhat popular backpacker food. I use it
myself:

"The dried egg products were produced between Feb. 28, 2013 and Feb. 8,
2014, mostly under the "OvaEasy" brand, the U.S. Department of
Agriculture's Food Safety and Inspection Service (FSIS) announced Saturday."
