[pct-l] Query about storing dehydrated meat - "Gravel"

I mixed lean ground beef with ground liver (more like liver puree)  
and it worked out great. Dehydrated well and when reconstituted it  
tastes like ordinary ground beef. More vitamins, too. I like your  
sriracha idea, too. Everything's better with sriracha!
