I'm on my second round of T-25. I started On August 5 last year and completed 10 weeks, then went on to 12 weeks of Gamma, 5 weeks of Insanity, and now restarted the Alpha round of T25. I'm 68. One caveat - I'm not as speedy as those on the DVDs. The oldest person on the DVD is 41. But I workout continuously for 25 minutes with no breaks, and my strength has increased exponentially.

List and Found.

Life is an Adventure on Two Feet and Two Wheels.
