[pct-l] Plea for Fire Safety 2014

I think a means of starting a fire is a prudent thing to have for emergency
reasons.  Hypothermia is one of the bigger safety issues in the
wilderness.  In years of hiking I've never needed a fire as a source of
emergency heat but I always carry a couple of waterproof matches just in
case.  HYOY
