[pct-l] Sprouting seeds

On the CDT I sprouted mung beans, soy beans, green peas, lentils, sunflower
seeds, alfalfa seeds and radish seeds. I mixed them and kept them separate
and most were eaten up before they ever got very big because they are such
a crunchy, sweet and delicious snack. I began eating them when the first
shoot begins to wrap itself around the seed, so much earlier than most
"bean sprouts" you get in the store are. Put them in a little ziplock, 3 X
5". Try them out as they will swell a lot and you don't want them
splitting the bag during the first night's soak. By the second day I'd
just keep eating them as they grew to keep more room for the growth.

Have fun,

Shroomer
