[pct-l] Spicy food

This isn't trail mix, but I eat Lumen Foods Soy jerky. I buy it in bulk from Louisiana.  Or at the last minute from my local health food store. There are some very spicy flavors. I walk along eating it.    For dinner I also throw it into my soup/pasta/vegetable inventions. As a vegetarian It gives me something that is chewy,spicy and it's protein. It comes in little packets under a funny different name which I can't think right now.  Marmot.
