Just saying “amen” to the endorsement of Paradise Cafe.

Paradise Cafe folks and food are truly wonderful. And they care about and support hikers.

Junior gave us a ride all the way to Idyllwild, even though he lives in the opposite direction. (We were ahead of the herd, and it’s not reasonable to expect he could do that often, but it was moving that he wanted to). We are still in touch on Facebook.

Blessings to the class of 2014. I’m a section hiker and hope to be on the trail in the spring and to meet some of you.

Just a thought for the Class of 2014.  I dropped off a resupply box with Cindy at the Paradise Valley Caf? and we agreed it?s going to be a weird season for them with the nearby closure.  I suspect that many hikers will be hitching into Idyllwild and will probably skip a stop at the caf?.  I encourage hikers to not miss the caf?.  The food is great, service excellent and the socialization opportunities excel (lots of hikers gather there).

There will still be lots of Pizza in Idyllwild but let?s support this business that supports us so well each and every year.
