[pct-l] Burney Falls State Park - USPS or UPS

Does anyone know if Burney Falls SP accepts USPS packages?  Yogi's town
guide says USPS or UPS but it says UPS only on page 180.

Also, any advice on how far in advance to ship packages before we arrive?
 We would be shipping from the east, but almost all of our packages would
be shipped priority mail (UPS being the exception).
