i would not try to mail heet via flat rate box. first, the window clerk will ask if there is anything flammable in the box. if you lie, and say no, that is a federal offence. if you continue with the mailing and something happens, say the heet bottles leak in the planes bay, the faa, postal inspectors, and god knows who else will track you down and you won't be doing much hiking for a long, long time.
