I find it interesting that for Cleveland NF the PCTA website

says

"ONLY gas and liquid stoves and lanterns, and jelly petroleum stoves
are allowed." {emphasis added by me}

But the USFS website :
http://www.fs.usda.gov/detailfull/cleveland/alerts-notices/?cid=stelprdb5302612&width=full
says

"The use of gas and liquid stoves and lanterns, and jelly petroleum
stoves are allowed in all areas of the Cleveland National Forest
except for the San Mateo Canyon Wilderness on the Trabuco Ranger
District."

without the word "ONLY"
