[pct-l] 2014 Snow and Water

I'm curious to hear current thoughts from more seasoned PCT hikers about
this year's conditions. Clearly it's hard to say for sure, but still.

How much easier than usual will the Sierras be due to less snow? Do ice
axes and microspikes make less sense to carry this year?

Similarly, how much worse than usual do you think water availability will
be? What sections will be particularly tricky?
