[pct-l] I-15 closed near Cajon Pass

The closest the trail comes to the I-15 closure is Silverwood Lake roughly
9 miles, as the crow flies, and 17 miles by ground. The hwy. is only
partially closed at this time. CalTrans expects to have the road completely
open sometime tomorrow.
