[pct-l] Down booties

Head was covered and warm, as was my upper torso.  Just the feets were cold!

Maybe the problem is that your head is exposed to the cold. Do you cover 
your head to keep from losing heat there? If not that may be the problem. 
The body well keep your head warm and let other parts get cold.
