[pct-l] Solar chargers

Rebecca, I've used a PowerFilm USB+2AA charger for the last two years with
decent results.  I think other chargers have more power, but are heavier.
The PowerFilm is 6.5 oz including the 2 batteries.  I typically get 20-30%
of an iPhone 5 charge per day with it.

Also hoping to do the CT this year...
