[pct-l] RE the shelter at Cottonwood Bridge

Thank you for your info. I guess it was there last time I did the trail. I must have just gotten water and moved on without noticing it. This time I really needed it.  A rest from being blown over and stopped completely from moving forward was so appreciated.
