[pct-l] PCT is closed near Stehekin

We just got a hiker in here that was evacuated from Holden Village today.
There are about 8 or 9 hikers that are in-between Stevens and the PCT
closure. Don't know if there is new rerouting info at closure.

There is supposed to be anew reroute towards Darrington to the west. I
haven't found a good map of it yet.
