[pct-l] water in Bear Creek

I've made several trips to the Sierra Nevada this summer; mostly south
of your trip with the last trip being 2 weeks ago.  It's been my
experience that the major streams and creeks are all flowing, thought
at a reduced rate then normal.  Some of the small streams and those
water sources that you normally find that aren't on the map are mostly
dry.

For my own planning, I wouldn't even question Bear Creek having water.
